We offer delivery and pick up service handles the logistics of transporting rented event items, such as chairs, tables, and tents, to the event location and retrieving them afterward. only for orders over $50.00

Delivery and Pick up fee: Fee amount depends of location or distance.

Access Fees: Extra charges may apply for difficult access, such as long distances from the street or multiple flights of stairs. 

SET UP AND TAKE DOWN

we offer provides the professional installation and removal of rental equipment for events, including items like tables, chairs, tents, and dance floors. This service saves event hosts time and labor by handling the logistical task of arranging equipment before the event and packing it up afterward, ensuring an efficient, safe, and visually organized setup. 

What the Service Includes 

Pre-Event Setup: Trained personnel will deliver, arrange, and assemble all rental items according to the event's specific layout and needs.

Post-Event Take Down: After the event, staff will disassemble and re-stack equipment like chairs and tables or deconstruct larger items like stages and tents.

Logistical Management:The service handles the complex logistics of moving and placing equipment, which can be a time-consuming and physically demanding task.

Set up and Take Down fee: Depends of items and quantity.

Booth and Set up

Our Booth With Attendant service is part of our Food Machines offerings, designed to make your event planning process as easy and stress-free as possible. If your city has a delivery fee, a separate travel fee also applies. Call our office to confirm your area’s travel cost.
